Refunds / Cancellations

Customers who have placed an order for personal shopping services that RingTutor has not yet performed can contact us to cancel their order.  We will make commercially reasonable efforts to prevent the service from being performed.  However, there are no refunds for services that have already been performed by RingTutor.
